If you need to cancel your order or an item/items from your order, please contact our team at info@shopcharlierae.com and please include your order number as the subject line. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been fulfilled for shipment and are still processing..

Your tracking number is emailed to the email you provided when placing the order once an item is fulfilled and ready for shipping. If you have not received a tracking number it means that your order has not been shipped yet. Please give us up to 3 business days to fulfill and process an order for shipment.

Not in love or set just doesn't fit right? No problem babe. We will happily accept exchange requests 14 days from your delivery date. We currently only allow exchanges and store credits on all regular priced items within 14 days from the date you received your order. Orders that have been previously placed during a sale are unable to be price matched after the sale period. Items purchased on markdown without a discount code, discounted over 20% and/or are marked "final sale" are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot retroactively add a discount. Sorry babe! This applies to both products bought at full price that are now on sale AND sale products that have become even more discounted after purchase. We also only allow one discount code per purchase.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages. If your package has not arrived within 3 days of the delivery date (be patient as sometimes the delivery date is off in the system), you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. We are unable to file a claim for customers.
